Our Addiction Therapy Services support individuals who are struggling with substance use, relapse patterns, life stressors, co-occurring mental health concerns, or the impact of addiction on relationships and daily functioning.
Individual Addiction Therapy
One-on-one therapy focused on recovery goals, relapse prevention, emotional regulation, accountability, trauma, grief, family dynamics, and building healthier coping skills.
Addiction Recovery Groups
Supportive group therapy focused on recovery skills, relapse prevention, motivation for change, accountability, emotional triggers, and rebuilding life in recovery.
Substances We Treat
Treatment for alcohol dependency, problem drinking, and alcohol-related health and relationship consequences.
Support for individuals struggling with heroin, prescription opioids (Percocet, Vicodin, OxyContin), and opioid dependency.
Specialized support for fentanyl use, overdose risk reduction, harm reduction education, and emergency response planning.
Recovery support for cocaine, crack cocaine, methamphetamine, and other stimulant use disorders.
Outpatient support for individuals whose cannabis use is affecting daily functioning, relationships, or mental health.
Integrated treatment for individuals using multiple substances simultaneously, including co-occurring mental health support.
Also appropriate for: Court/probation-related treatment needs, DUI/DWI referrals, family conflict related to addiction, emotional triggers, grief, trauma, stress, and co-occurring anxiety and depression.

Structured Support for Adults Needing More Than Weekly Therapy
Our provides a higher level of support for adults experiencing mental health symptoms that interfere with daily life, work, relationships, or emotional stability — for those who need more structure than traditional outpatient therapy but do not require inpatient hospitalization.
Program Focus
Depression, anxiety, trauma, emotional dysregulation, grief, stress management, coping skills, relationship challenges, self-esteem, and life transitions.
Program Includes
Group therapy, psychoeducation, coping skill development, emotional wellness planning, individualized treatment goals, and daily functioning support.

Adults needing increased support, stepping down from higher care, trying to avoid hospitalization, or struggling with weekly therapy alone.

Eating Disorder Therapeutic Group — Virtual
Love the Skin You're In is a therapeutic group designed to help individuals heal their relationship with food, their body, and themselves. Through a compassionate, evidence-informed approach, this group addresses the emotional and psychological roots of disordered eating so that lasting recovery is possible. Led by clinicians who are Certified Shame Informed Treatment Specialists in body shame, eating disorders, addictive eating, and trauma.

Structured Group Support for Substance Use Recovery
Foundations of Recovery is Soar & Rest's structured outpatient substance use recovery group — designed for adults who are committed to recovery and benefit from the accountability, connection, and shared experience that group support provides. This program is ASAM Level 1.0 aligned and is appropriate for individuals in early recovery, those stepping down from higher levels of care, or those managing ongoing sobriety challenges.

Individual & Group Support for Emotional Regulation
Our Anger Management program provides structured, evidence-based support for individuals who struggle with anger, emotional dysregulation, impulsive reactions, and conflict in relationships or the workplace. We help clients understand the root causes of anger, develop healthier coping strategies, and build skills for lasting emotional regulation.
