The Client Portal is exclusively for individuals who are currently enrolled in care at Soar & Rest Outpatient Services. It gives you direct, secure access to your care — anytime, from any device.
Your portal login will be sent to you by your care team via email from SimplePractice. If you haven't received your invite, contact us and we'll resend it.

How to access your portal
First time logging in? Here's how it works.
Check Your Email
Look for an invitation email from SimplePractice sent to the email address you provided at intake. Check your spam folder if you don't see it.
Create Your Password
Click the link in the email to set up your secure password and activate your portal account.
Log In Any Time
Once activated, visit your portal anytime using the button below or bookmark the link for easy access.
